It outlines risk control measures, including proper PPE, competent personnel, secure anchoring, and adherence to safety regulations. ACTIVITIES:

1. Lifting of Scaffold materials using a Tower crane/Manually

2. Manual shifting of Scaffold Materials

3. Hygiene and potential contact with Bio Hazards Objects - vomit.

WHO COULD BE HARMED AND HOW?

1. Hitman or material

2. Personnel injury

3. Material Falls from height

4. Man falls from a height

5. Fall of materials

CONTROL MEASURES:

1. Ensure all personnel have undergone Site Safety Induction.

2. Ensure all personnel are trained and competent for rigging and tower crane operation.

3. Ensure the tower crane operator has a valid license.

4. Tool Box Talks to be conducted before starting the activity

5. Ensure the line is provided to avoid oscillation.

6. Ensure the tower crane is inspected and certified by the third-party inspector.

7. Ensure no man movement underneath the lifting area.

8. Ensure proper signal man is provided for the tower crane operator.

9. Ensure proper stacking of materials after de-slinging

10. Ensure all personnel are trained for manual lifting activity.

11. Deploy the workers according to the weight of the materials. 

12. Ensure proper access for workers to shift the materials.

13. Ensure there is no wet floor, or obstructions of materials while shifting activity.

14. Provide proper PPES for the workers.

15. Ensure all the tools and tackles are tied with rope to avoid falling materials.

16. Ensure no movement of workers underneath the working area.

17. Ensure proper barriers in the working area.

18. Deploy sufficient workers to position the brackets.

19. Provide proper PPEs for the workers. Provide adequate warning signs for awareness.

20. Ensure all persons have undergone work-at-height training.

21. Tool Box Talks to be conducted before starting the activity.

22. Ensure workers are medically fit for work at height.

23. Ensure scaffolding is inspected and provided with a green tag.

24. Ensure the proper platform to position the bracket.

25. Ensure a proper anchorage point is provided for the workmen to hook.

26. Ensure proper mid railing, top railing, and toe guard are provided.

27. Ensure the Scaffold was properly positioned.

28. Ensure the tie rod is properly inserted into the core wall.

29. Ensure the tie rod is fastened properly before going for the next bracket.

30. Ensure all tools and tackles are tied with the harness to material fall.

31. Ensure all Scaffolds are fastened properly before going for the platform erection.

32. Proper supervision until the task is complete.

33. Provide proper PPEs for the workers.

34. Provide adequate warning signs for awareness.

35. Staff awareness of the risks of these diseases.

36. Biohazard clean-up kit utilized.

37. Disposable.

38. Washing facilities provided.

39. Staff instructed to cover any cuts, however minor, with surgical tape or waterproof plasters.

40. First aid kits are provided around the Estate and in vehicles, including hand wipes.
