4.0. EXISTING RISK CONTROL 

4.1. All the walkways must be cleared. Use the ladder for access and the egress. Use the ladder safety; “3- Point Contact”.

4.2. All the electrical tools and the cables must be checked before use. All the workers must wear the relevant PPE (Face protection, Dust Mask, Proper Hand Gloves, etc…)

4.3. Use the relevant PPE (Face protection, eye protection, proper hand gloves, etc…). The co-worker must use the correct tools and check before use. All the tools must be used in good condition.

4.4. All the walkways must be cleared at all times. Every worker must wear the proper PPE. Do not allow the overload (Maximum 25kg).

5.4. Every involved worker must be trained in manual handling.

5.5. The machine must be inspected before use. Follow the machine guard safety rules and regulations. Related activities PPE must be worn at all time

5.6. Every worker must keep good communication with each other when giving the concrete tray from one to one.

5.7. Make the hard barrier and display the warning signs around the trench. Make sure to check the rebar is covered with the cabs.
