HAZARD IDENTIFICATION AND RISK ASSESSMENT IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) in the construction industry, by RaMsProZone, is a systematic process to identify potential hazards, evaluate risks, and implement control measures to ensure worker safety and project efficiency. It involves analyzing tasks, equipment, and environments to prevent accidents, injuries, and delays. RaMsProZone emphasizes proactive risk management, compliance with safety regulations, and fostering a safety culture to protect workers and enhance productivity in construction projects.

3.7. The space for access &egress should be proper, Clear & adequate.

3.8. Cylinders should be kept in an upright direction only.

3.9. Provide a flashback arrestor on each side of the gas-cutting set.

3.10. All the grinding machines shall be used with a wheel guard.

3.11. Check the expiration date of the grinding wheel and use the approved product of the wheel.
