1.0. PURPOSE
This document set as Method Statement for Fire Alarm System, defines the Methodology, Sequence, and equipment intended to be used/followed in carrying out activities that constitute Fire Alarm System Works as established in the Project specifications and allied documents.
2.0. SCOPE
The extent of this Method Statement will be for activities that constitute Fire Alarm Works inside the Kitchen, corridor, Electrical Rooms, Substation, Pump Room, Telephone Room, and Roof Floor/as per the Scope of Work.

5.0. RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1. The Project Manager will be responsible for the execution, quality, and safety of the Project. The PM reviews and approves upon satisfaction, the Methodology of Execution for works that constitute the Fire Alarm System work in the Construction [as per the Scope of Work] for COMPANY, to be required Quality in a Safe manner acceptable to all concerned.
5.2. The Project Engineer is responsible for the overall execution of the Fire Alarm System work; PE Will ensure that the necessary resources are provided to implement the approved Method Statement and to ensure all construction staff complies with the Company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System requirements. Transfer instruction/information to the site Engineer for implementation at the site. Ensure timely progress of work on-site in line with an approved program.
5.3. The Site Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the requirements from the Approved Method Statement and Approved Shop Drawing for Fire Alarm Works are communicated to the Foremen/Charge hands and that all the works are carried out as per the same. Site Engineer will ensure that the resources allotted for Fire Alarm works are productive taking into consideration requirements of safety and quality as well.
5.4. The HSE Engineer is responsible for ensuring Fire Alarm activities are carried out as per Project Specific Safety Rules and Regulations and that control measures as described in the attached risk assessment for Fire Alarm work are strictly implemented at the site.
5.5. The Site Foreman will be responsible for executing the work as per approved shop drawings at the site and coordinating with the civil team the related works under the supervision of the site engineer. Report to the Site Engineer daily the work execution progress and material status at site stores.
5.6. The storekeeper will verify all documents are forwarded as per the requirement of the purchase order. Review the documents and verify the material delivered to the site is as per the approved material approval request. Responsible for proper storage as per manufacturer's recommendations.
